- Tracking Information: delivery status, delivery location, delivery date, signed by name, expected delivery date
- Nature and purpose of the processing:
- All Personal Data processing is linked to the use of the Shoptable Services through the Shoptable Site and Software in order to help users to:
- provide a branded tracking experience to end customers
- send delivery email or SMS notifications to end customers
- manage delivery status of shipments in a single place
- monitor shipping performance
- customize tracking and notification experience
The Service is not available to individuals who are younger than 18 years old. The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 18 or of majority in the relevant jurisdiction. Such users are expressly prohibited from submitting their personally identifiable information to the Company; any information submitted by such users will not knowingly be used, posted, or retained by the Company.

For example, our Service is a Shopify application, where you grant the application permission to access certain types of data on your Shopify account.
